Variety: AMC Greenlights Reality Show at Kevin Smith's 'Secret Stash'

According to a report in Variety, the Red Bank shop will be the set of an upcoming series.

According to Variety, AMC has greenlighted two unscripted shows - that means reality programming - including one being produced by Executive Producer Kevin Smith and based in his Red Bank comic book store '.'

The title of Smith's show, appropriately enough, is called 'Secret Stash," and it's the first foray into television (though we here at Red Bank Patch remember an animated Clerks series showing up on TV during our youth) for the sometimes-independent director made famous for his Jersey-centric features like Chasing Amy and Clerks, according to the brief.

Check out the complete brief in Variety. And remember, don't eat the chocolate covered pretzels.
