Criminal Mischief Highlights Week of Crime

Police say an unknown suspect caused significant damage to a parked car on Riverside Avenue recently.

According to police, the victim reported that an unknown person threw a rock through the rear windshield of their parked vehicles, causing the glass to shatter. In addition to the destroyed windshield, the suspect or suspects also ripped off both side mirrors and windshield wiper.

No arrests have been made in connection with the Aug. 11 incident.

Theft of Services occurring on Aug. 10 at Catherine Street. Cab driver reported that a passenger fled the cab without paying fare. Ptl. James DePonte responded.

Theft occurring on Aug. 10 at Broad Street—Church. Victim reported that money has been stolen from two poor boxes and candle light box inside of the church. Ptl. Michael Zadlock.

Criminal Mischief occurring on Aug. 13 at English Plaza Parking Lot. Victim reported that unknown person(s) damaged the roof of his parked vehicle by putting two dents in it. Ptl. David Smith responded.

Criminal Mischief occurring between Aug. 13 and Aug. 14 at E. Westside Ave. Victim reported that unknown person(s) punctured tire on parked vehicle. Ptl. Gary Watson responded.

Criminal Mischief occurring on Aug. 15 at Mount St. residence. Victim reported that unknown person(s) threw a rock at front door and broke glass. Ptl. David Hicks responded.

Burglary occurring at River Street on Aug. 16. Actor(s) gained entrance into residence by removing air-conditioner from window. Stolen were jewelry, reading glasses and cash. Ptl. Garrett Falco responded.

Ester Rivera, 37, of Red Bank was arrested on Aug. 17 in the area of Shrewsbury Avenue on charges of COC and Hindering Apprehension by Ptl. Patrick Kennedy.

Tyrone Roy, 49, of Red Bank was arrested on Aug. 16 in the area of Shrewsbury Ave. for COC by Ptl. Garrett Falco.

Porfirio Perez-Rosas, 23, of Red Bank was arrested on Aug. 12 in the area of Bridge Ave. on charges of aggravated assault, unlawful possession of a weapon and possession of a weapon for an unlawful purpose by Ptl. Jhonatan Quispe.

Ronald Tindal, 24, of Red Bank was arrested on Aug. 12 in the area of Monmouth St. for COC by Ptl. Matthew Ehrenreich.

Brian Miller, 22, of Middletown was arrested on Aug. 12 in the area of Monmouth St. for COC by Ptl. Michael Zadlock.

Raul Lopez-Martinez, 27, of Red Bank was arrested on Aug. 12 in the area of S. Pearl St. for Simple Assault and Harassment by Ptl. Michael Zadlock.
