Cruisin' for a Cause
Classic cars line Broad Street, donations solicited
Roadsters, classic muscle cars, the "General Lee" and more motored down Broad Street Wednesday evening during the borough's latest cruise night.
Shoppers got vintage automobiles to peruse in addition to the downtown shops as owners of classic cars talked shop and showed off their prize possessions.
But the cruise night organizers had a greater goal in mind beyond the celebration of classic Americana. Donations were solicited to aid a 9-year-old Red Bank boy in need of a heart transplant.
