Spring Ahead Without Pain! Free Massage for New Patients

When and where: Friday, Feb. 17 at Monmouth Pain and Rehabilitation in Red Bank

Why you should go: If you've got back or knee pain, Monmouth Pain and Rehabilitation wants to help you out. Doctors Chang and Dandrea are offering free 30-minute massages to all new patients. The doctors say they will also create a customized program of care for you and take x-rays when necessary - all free of charge.

Cool Kids Concert Series with Miss Sherri

When and where: Friday, Feb. 17 at 4:30 p.m. at Middletown Arts Center in Middletown

Why you should go: Miss Sherri of Honey Child Music will present an action-packed musical performance around the theme of "love" for children ages 4 and up featuring special guest Dave Miller. The concert is part of a monthly series that tapes Honey Child TV Shows to air on NJ Cable TV.

Pianist Vladislav Kovalsky Plays Monmouth Conservatory of Music

When and where: Saturday, Feb. 18 at 4 p.m. at The Monmouth Conservatory of Music in Red Bank

Why you should go: Conservatory Executive Director and internationally reknowned pianist Vladislav Kovalsky will be performing selections from his recent CD release Live in Japan Vol. 1.

What does it cost: Free, $20 suggested donation

When and where: Saturday, Feb. 18 from 4 to 7 p.m. at Luana Wine and Spirits in Sea Bright

Why you should go: Learn how to find a quality wine from the world's most famous wine region without breaking the bank.

Sunday Yoga for Beginners

When and where: Sunday, Feb. 12 at noon at I Deserve - A Fitness Studio for Women in Eatontown

Why you should go: This class offers 75 minutes of stretch and energy healing with I Deserve's Yoga Master Anastasia. Appropriate for everyone, the studio asks that participants bring a proper Yoga mat or let them know ahead of time if you need to borrow one. Call ahead as class size is limited.

What does it cost: $10

Isn't interesting how there having an ocuiltic practice on our Lord's Day. Don't let the devil deceive you. The positions in yoga are used to channel demonic spirits into your body.
