Sunday Yoga for Beginners
When and where: Sunday, Feb. 12 at noon at I Deserve - A Fitness Studio for Women in Eatontown
Why you should go: This class offers 75 minutes of stretch and energy healing with I Deserve's Yoga Master Anastasia. Appropriate for everyone, the studio asks that participants bring a proper Yoga mat or let them know ahead of time if you need to borrow one. Call ahead as class size is limited.
