Hot and Soul Yoga is the absolute best around. I know because I've been to them all. My sister and I were searching for the perfect studio in Monmouth County and the first time we took a class with Ginna in the peaceful space, we knew we found it. The class hours and deals make it even more of a no-brainer.

Hot and Soul Yoga offers something for everyone from beginners to advanced. The instructors give all of themselves whether they ate in the class or before and after class. I have been practicing for only three years and each time I leave class I walk away with something new , whether it's physical or emotional .
