Road Rage in Shrewsbury Reported By Police

The Feb. 21 matter was among incidents reported on the Shrewsbury Police Blotter for Feb. 16-22.

 

Shrewsbury Police responded to a reports of a disorderly person, credit card theft and road rage last week. The department is also investigating a report by a borough youth of being followed by an unknown adult.

  •  A juvenile reported being followed in the area of Frances Street by a stranger, who was described to be approximately 40-50 years old with "medium length, messy brown hair." Ptl. Jessica Boyd is investigating.
  • Shrewsbury Borough officers assisted New Jersey State Police for a disorderly persons on Crawford Street in Shrewsbury Township. The male suspect was taken to Monmouth Medical Center by Ptl. Tracy Polk.
  • An employee of a Shrewsbury business located near Route 35 and Shrewsbury Avenue was accused of stealing $255.00. Ptl. Adam Cerminaro is investigating.
  • Shrewsbury Police responded to a report of road rage near Route 35 and Shrewsbury Avene on Feb. 21. Ptl. Jessica Boyd investigated the alleged verbal altercation.
  • Ptl. Cerminaro responded to a report of ffraudulent use of a credit card totaling $21.06 in damages around Route 35 and Shrewsbury Avenue on Feb. 21.
