Red Bank-Shrewsbury Area Home Sales, November 1 - 15, 2012

Despite Hurricane Sandy and the Nor’easter, there were real estate closings during the first half of November. In Little Silver, a home sold in just 8 days, showing that buyers are aware of good value for the money and that homes that are priced correctly (i.e., at the market) will sell quickly.

Here’s the list of Red Bank-Shrewsbury area homes that sold (closed) from November 1st through the 15th (CDOM = Cumulative Days On Market, FP = Fireplaces; Gar = Garage spaces):

If Mayor Burden cleaned up Shrewsbury, the home prices would go up.

Instead he raises taxes.
