We're sorry this customer had a bad experience, but she should acknowledge that our tailor KimRead More showed her that the darts in the front of the dress were defective to begin with. Even though the issue was a manufacturer's defect, Kim attempted to fix it for her free of charge. As for the claim that she is often blamed for bad alterations, this is simply untrue. Kim has been with us for over twenty five years, and her reputation speaks for itself. Kim is well known, as she is one of the finest and most professional tailors around.
