One of th e oldest breeds of cattle\, the roots of Chianina oxen is in the Tuscany region of Italy.One of the largest and smallest of equine breeds will s hare the stage as well\, Rick&rsquo\;s Rebel Star\, owned by Rick Wills of Rick&rsquo\;s Saddle Shops in Englishtown and Cream Ridge\, stands an impressive 19 hands high and weights 2\,250 pounds\, in contrast to Jul ie Richards&rsquo\; Sooty\, a miniature horse.Rick&rsquo\;s Rebel Star i s a Percheron\, originally a medieval war horse on the battlefield and l ater used in transportation and agriculture to pull everything from stag ecoaches to plows.The Colts Neck Fair\, featuring family fun\, food and& nbsp\;entertainment\, including The Moroccan Sheepherders on Friday even ing\, 106 Thunder on Saturday evening\, sponsored by our official Fair S ponsors\, Brock Farms\, Laird and Co.\, Centra State Medical Center and Delicious Orchards.
