  exercise. The program  is taught by a registered nurse and a registered
  dietitian/certified  diabetes educator and will be held at The Center f
 or Diabetes Education  at Monmouth Medical Center in the Maysie Stroock 
 Pavilion located at the  corner of Pavilion and Second Avenues\, Long Br

 Program attendees will need  a doctor&rsquo\;s prescription and will be
