Project HEAL: Help to, Eat, Accept and Live, is a 501(c)(3) not for profit organization founded in 2008. Project HEAL raises funds and provides scholarships for those struggling with eating disorders, without the scholarship these recipients may never receive the treatment they need due to a great lack in insurance coverage. As an organization we promote positive body image and hope to diminish the societal obsession and the "thin is in" culture we are constantly immersed in. Through outreach events, fundraisers, new media and print media, Project HEAL has raised over $150,000 and we have sent six individuals to treatment thus far. They are currently doing well and living a life free from their disorders. All contributions made to Project HEAL are tax deductible to the fullest extent allowed by law.

The "EveryBODY is Beautiful" event is being hosted by Project HEAL New Jersey Chapter co-founders Jessica Jurinich and Christina Zapata. The event will feature a fashion show and include models of all shapes and sizes. We want everyone to embrace themselves, their inner beauty and know that confidence is beautiful and always in style! The event will take place at Knob Hill Country Club, a full breakfast buffet is included in the ticket price of $45. We are also including a Chinese auction with wonderful gift baskets!

Proceeds will go to the Help to HEAL scholarship fund, with your help we can send another recipient to treatment and help them find recovery!

As an eating disorder survivor myself I can tell you just how essential treatment is. Unfortunately, I can also tell you too many individuals do not have access to it. Help in the HEALing, you can save lives!
