Local teacher is welcoming the public to a FREE demonstration/class of T’ai Chi Chih at 4:30pm and 6:30pm at the Hazlet Recreation Center on Friday, February 1st. Because of its effectiveness, this moving meditation has recently been writtenabout in The New York Times, AARP national magazine, and many other media,” said teacher,Siobhan Hutchinson. “Learning T’ai Chi Chih would be an excellent way to commit to improvingyour health and increasing your happiness now.”

An 8 week class begins on Friday, February 8th at your choice of either 4:30pm or 6:30pm.  You need not be a resident of Hazlet to take this class, but you must register directly with the Hazlet Recreation Center.
