Our stroller fitness classes are a great way to get back into shape after baby or advance your fitness with your little one in tow!  This class is for every level.  Our certified instructors provide all the equipment you need.  Just bring water, a mat or towel and anything you need for your little one.  You will get a full body workout and your child will love the interaction with you, other kids and the world of fitness!

Winter classes are held at Brookdale Community College in Collins Arena

1 class a week for 5 weeks: $62.50
2 classes a week for 5 weeks: $125
3 classes a week for 5 weeks: 187.50
1 class a week for 10 weeks: $100

3 classes a week for 10 weeks: $300
10 class flex package (must be used in 3 months): $180
