Our annual conference is an excellent opportunity for both novices and those experienced with agriculture - as well as those interested in organic or sustainable farming and gardening - to learn more about various approaches to agricultural renewal. Select from more than 40 workshops presented by experts in their field and get inspiration and practical advice for farmers and gardeners, educators and activists, consumers and entrepreneurs.

Ellen Ecker Ogden, author of the The Vermont Cheese Book and her newest book, The Complete Kitchen Garden, will be presenting on "Designing Basics for Your Kitchen Garden."
Saturday Eliot Coleman will be our Keynote Speaker. Eliot has more than 40 years of experience in all aspects of organic farming, including field vegetables, greenhouse vegetables, rotational grazing of cattle and sheep, and range poultry. He is the author of The New Organic Grower, Four Season Harvest and The Winter Harvest Handbook

More About Molly Pitcher Inn
Located in historic downtown Red Bank, The Molly Pitcher Inn is one of the town's oldest establishments. A large, beautiful hotel, it has a number of rooms that overlook the scenic Navesink River. In addition, the Molly Pitcher offers dock rentals in its marina. It is also home to an upscale restaraunt that serves American and Continental cuisine. The Inn's restaraunt, bar and banquet rooms are all available for private events.
