 in health care professions\, such as PTs\, OTs\, SPs\, Home Health Aides
 \, CNAs\, Massage Therapists\, Reiki practioners or anyone who is intere
 sted in augmenting their training skills to incorporate and implement th
 e health benefits of Tai Chi within their professions. &nbsp\;Those who 
 would like to teach Tai Chi in hospitals\, wellness centers\, rehabs or 
 any health care setting will also benefit from this program\, which has 
 been specially designed to work within safety parameters for knee and hi
 p replacement\, gait and balance problems\, Dementia care and those chal
 lenged with cardio-pulmonary conditions.\nTherapeutic Tai Chi differs fr
 om standard non-therapeutic Tai Chi in that the movements are easy to le
 arn\; do not require the patient to move outside normal range of motion 
 or in an extended space like traditional Tai Chi. &nbsp\;Therapeutic Tai
  Chi\, unlike other forms of Tai Chi is completely bi-lateral\, with all
  movement returning to a central position so that the practitioner can b
 alance and breathe before moving on to the next step. &nbsp\;The course 
 will cover how to adapt the material for those who must be seated during
  exercise\; are in acute care or have cognitive challenges. &nbsp\;Excel
 lent for those working with brain trauma patients.\nTeacher Certificatio
 n for all participants who complete 95% of the curriculum and who can de
 monstrate ability to perform all of the components of the program\, as w
 ell as how to adapt it to the various health modalities in which they wo
