• Voters will head to the polls at all the regular polling places from 6 a.m. to 8 p.m. today to elect two of four Red Bank Borough Council candidates. Read more about them in our round-up of profiles by clicking here. Just scroll through and click on each story.

• The National Weather Service has forecast partly sunny skies with a high of 55 degrees today.

• Here's your daily dose of moon and sun information from www.tides4fishing.com:

"The sun will rise in Sea Bright at 6:32 a.m and sunset will be at 4:47 p.m. The moon will rise in the southeast (116º) at 8:43 am and will set in the southwest (244º) at 6:47 p.m.

"In the high tide and low tide chart, we can see that the first low tide will be at 3:33 a.m. and the next low tide at 4:17 p.m. The first high tide will be at 9:45 a.m. and the next high tide at 10:12 p.m.

"The lunar phase is a Waxing Crescent. Today we will have 10 hours and 15 minutes of sun. The solar transit will be at 11:40 a.m. and the length of time the moon will be visible will be 10 hours and 4 minutes."
