AEP Properties, LLC acquires 213 Route 35 in Middletown; Pereless Systems to Expand

AEP Properties, LLC of Red Bank, New Jersey, has recently acquired a three-story, 6,600 sq. ft. office building at 213 Route 35 in Middletown.   Arthur E. Pereless, Managing Director of AEP Properties, LLC, acquired the building due to the expansion of their portfolio of technology offerings. The building has been vacant for several years and will undergo major exterior and interior renovations designed for multi-tenant usage. The renovations are progressive and well-planned to evoke a techy, open environment with plenty of natural light and exposed beams conducive for productivity and collaboration that will scream modern-day technological hub. There are already plans to fill the space with other local businesses who can benefit from each other’s products or services to make for a living, breathing symbiotic business community. Upon completion, Pereless Systems will expand its customer service and support teams into the renovated property, which will create jobs in the area and ensure continued growth of the company for years to come.

“I’m happy to say that our company has seen substantial growth in these past two years,” said Mr. Pereless.

Brian Murphy, Vice President-Investments of Sitar Realty Company of Iselin represented AEP Properties, LLC in this transaction.
