Barnabas Health Medical Group Welcomes Dr. Narinder Kaur to West Long Branch Practice

Barnabas Health Medical Group (BHMG) recently announced Narinder Kaur, M.D., a board-certified family medicine physician, has joined the medical practice of board-certified internist Gautam J. Desai, M.D. on a part-time basis. The practice is located at 842 Broadway in West Long Branch.

“We’re pleased to bring Dr. Kaur on board as she’s not only a skilled practitioner but is known for her commitment to building relationships with her patients and taking the time to understand and resolve their medical concerns,” said Dr. Desai. At BHMG’s West Long Branch office, Dr. Kaur offers a variety of general health services, including routine check-ups, annual physicals, preventive health, pre-operative counseling and immunizations. She also provides a variety of family medicine services such as well woman exams, camp and school physicals, and health care for patients ages 10 and older.

Prior to joining BHMG’s West Long Branch medical practice, Dr. Kaur practiced out of BHMG’s Howell and Lakewood offices, both of which are affiliated with Monmouth Medical Center, Southern Campus.

Dr. Kaur earned a medical degree from Ross University School of Medicine in Dominica, West Indies and completed a Family Medicine residency at Southern Regional Area Health Education Center, an affiliate of Duke University in Fayetteville, N.C. She is a member of numerous medical associations, including the American Medical Association and the American Academy of Family Physicians.

Dr. Kaur is generally available to see patients at the West Long Branch office on Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays.
