Chris Ruisi, author, speaker, business and executive coach, and CEO and founder of The Coach's Zone, wants listeners to realize exceeding is not as hard as you may think. Far too many people accept "average" as their personal standard either out of fear, lack of effort, or as a result of a misconception that it is too hard to go perform above it.

Chris Ruisi is coming to the airwaves to change that with practical concepts to raise your personal success bar. "People give up far too early and allow themselves to become victims of their circumstances when they can actually be the master of them. I am ready to help them become exceptional. But they have to make the choice to do so," says Chris. The road to becoming exceptional can be easily traveled by following 8 very simple steps. In this practical and engaging presentation, Chris Ruisi outlines what these 8 steps are and what needs to be done to get started.

Chris Ruisi began his 25+ year career in the life insurance industry when he joined USLIFE Corporation in June 1974 as Director of Personnel. During his career at USLIFE, he held a number of executive positions as he progressed from Vice President - Human Resources to President & COO/CEO (and member of the Office of the Chairman and Board of Directors). Following the acquisition of USLIFE by American General Corporation (AGC), a $3 billion project he quarterbacked, he remained with AGC as President & CEO and member of the Board of Directors of two of its operating subsidiaries until May, 1998. As the Founder and CEO of The Coach's Zone, Chris is an experienced business professional with an exceptional record of leadership. He mentors and guides executives and business leaders to find their "stretch" point to learn the full measure of their capabilities and is an HR Certification Institute (HRCI) Approved Provider. He helps them to "master being comfortable feeling uncomfortable."

Chris understands how leadership works, how organizations work, how power works, and how decision making works. Through this work, he has created a community of entrepreneurs, executives, and business leaders who understand the importance of Stepping Up, and Playing Big. Chris resides in Holmdel, NJ with his wife Paula. To learn more, visit www.chrisruisi.com.
