The program encourages Club members ages 6-18 to eat a balanced diet (mind), become more physically active (body) and increase their ability to engage in healthy relationships (soul).  Participating Club kids will engage in daily physical fitness challenges, including team sports and individual aerobic activities; share nutritious meals with friends and learn about healthy eating and portion control; and work on service projects to promote healthy living throughout their neighborhoods.
