Eastern Branch Library closed until 5 PM

The Eastern Branch Library, 1001 Route 35 in Shrewsbury, is currently closed and will re-open at 5 PM today, Thursday, Dec. 12.

The Shrewsbury Fire Department evacuated the building earlier today when a gas smell was reported.

The Library will be able to re-open to the public from 5 PM to 9 PM today.
