What is TRX???-TRX is the original Suspension Trainer, that leverages gravity and your bodyweight to perform hundreds of exercises. You're in control of how much you want to challenge yourself on each exercise - because you can simply adjust your body position to add or decrease resistance.TRX is for all levels of fitness and has modifications for all students. Come take a class Monday 10 am with Jennifer Kane, Tuesday 8 or 9 am with Kristin Tudor-Mehl, Thursday at 10 am with Carrie Marxen or Saturday at 8 am with Jennifer Kane.
