Lunch Break of Red Bank is looking for a part-time data management coordinator with a strong knowledge in nonprofit database management that includes donor, client, capital campaign and volunteer data, and who can provide a broad range of data organization related to input, quality control, standardization, report generation, and analysis of data supporting all departments. RESPONSIBILITIES:
● Supervise Data Entry
● Provide data/reports
● Create mailing lists
● Assist the development of new features in our database
● Assist the Fundraising Team on donor development
● Backing up the database
● Provide first line support when IT Issues occur (computers, internet cafe, printers).
● Work with second line support in case issues cannot be solved.
● Work with the IT Committee on providing staff and volunteers a good IT infrastructure
● Coordinate the needs of committees during events (Foodstock, Softball Classic, Gala etc.)
QUALIFICATIONS/WORKING CONDITIONS:
● Proficient knowledge about computer technology, internet and printing.
● Willingness to learn to work with Google Apps and Zoho.
● Accuracy a MUST
● Excellent communication skills
● Excellent organization skills
● Time management skills
● Strong leadership skills
● Good networking skills
● Demonstrated understanding of statistical and research methods, and data quality management
● Works well with committees/teams/staff and volunteers.
● Ability to deal with fast paced environment
● Efficient in office etiquette: Phones, dress, conflict resolution.
● Ability to adhere to strict confidentiality agreement
EDUCATION:
● College Degree Preferred or Computer Technology School Graduate
