R&J Public Relations Named Agency of Record for "We're Storming Back" Hurricane Sandy Disaster Relief Program

The Women’s Center for Entrepreneurship Corporation (WCEC) has selected R&J Public Relations LLC, a leading, brand-building public relations firm based in Bridgewater, N.J., as public relations agency of record for its “We’re Storming Back” Hurricane Sandy Disaster Relief Program. The WCEC has partnered with R&J to create a public relations, media relations, and social media campaign that publicizes and promotes the WCEC’s business training programs for small business owners and employees, while simultaneously building awareness of New Jersey shore businesses that have “Stormed Back” following Superstorm Sandy.

Funded by a grant from the U.S. Small Business Administration, the WCEC’s We’re Storming Back program offers workshops, education, consulting, and training free of charge to all business owners throughout the shore’s most affected areas, which include Atlantic, Cape May, Monmouth, and Ocean Counties, helping them to recover and thrive throughout  the difficult months following Sandy.

“New Jersey was devastated by the wrath of Hurricane Sandy, with so many of our shore businesses severely affected and still working to recover,” said John Lonsdorf, President of R&J Public Relations. “As the WCEC’s public relations agency, we are utilizing our resources and expertise to ensure that all shore-area business owners have access to the important training programs that are being offered, to help them to rebuild, reopen, and succeed for years to come.”
