'Lighting Up Red Bank' with Winners

And the winner is ...

The Cohen family of Red Bank's South Street won first place in the borough's holiday home decorating contest for their blue Christmas light display.

The first-, second- and third-place winners were announced at Wednesday night's Borough Council meeting. Each of the families won donated gift cards from borough businesses.

The Cohen family, for their efforts, won three gift cards: $100 from Basil T's, Prown's and Super Foodtown.

Christopher and Dorothy Hussey, of Leighton Avenue, won second place: a $75 gift card from Prown's and Super Foodtown, a $20 card from Dunkin' Donuts and $50 from Teak Restaurant.

And, Dori Chippendale, of Elm Place won third place. The prize: $50 cards to Foodtown, Bistro and Prown's, and $15 for Boondocks Fishery.
