A Jazzy Nick Clemons Band Night

Thursday night was the night for some jazz by the Navesink River — some of The Nick Clemons Band's jazz at Red Bank's Riverside Gardens Park, to be exact.

It was the last Jazz in the Park night for the season. Son of The Big Man, Clarence Clemons, saxophonist of Springsteen's E-Street Band fame, gave the surprisingly sparse crowd a nice eve of song under the stars.

Nick Clemons, or Clarence Clemons III, performs vocals, acoustic guitar and harmonica. With him in the bad are: Muddy Shews on bass guitar, Joey Stann on saxophone, Frederika Krier on violin, Eric Gonzalez on drums and Jake Hughes on keyboard.
