Human Wheels, a John Mellencamp Tribute Band, Headlines Rock the River (Updated)

Human Wheels headlined Rock the River along the Navesink in Red Bank with a fun, jam band tribute to John Mellencamp. “We play more Mellencamp in one night than Mellencamp himself” shouted Jody Lisa, vocalist and percussionist from the stage. 

The band is composed of Ted and Tim Kettler, Alec Hay, Jody Lisa, Andy Lenhart and Joel Caplan and have been known to play over four hours of Mellencamp in one night alone.

Human Wheels is a fun, jam band that engages the crowd and brings everybody together. It’s all about a good time for Wheels and the crowd was moving while the band was rocking.
