Jop Opening: Assistant Director of First Impressions - Part-time

LearningRx is the leading provider of cognitive skills training; helping students of all ages improve their learning ability. LearningRx is very different from most learning centers in that we don't teach academic subject matter. Instead, we strengthen the underlying mental skills that are needed to learn through intensive mental exercises. 

The Assistant Director of First Impressions (ADFI), who reports to the Director, is responsible for creating a welcoming environment for students and their families. The individual must have phenomenal interpersonal skills, with the ability to put both children and adults at ease. The ADFI is often the first point of contact with new clients inquiring about LearningRx and therefore must possess stellar phone skills to convey warmth, answer detailed questions, and schedule appointments. In addition, the ADFI will manage projects such as organizing recruiting events, conference registration, newsletters, interviews and other administrative activities. The individual must be detail oriented and thrive in a fast-paced, high energy environment. While strong on the job training will be provided, you will be expected to dig in and figure things out, get to know the people you work with and work hard to make the center successful! Must be willing to stretch and grow and receive consistent feedback and training in sales, marketing, office management and communication skills.

The primary responsibilities for this position will be:
1. Phone Sales - receiving incoming calls from prospective clients and follow up with prospective clients to move them through our process from lead to client. This includes use of our computer based proprietary marketing assessment tools.
2. Assist and support the Director and Assistant Director in making the most of marketing and sales efforts.
3. Clerical and office management to insure office runs smoothly and as efficiently as possible allowing for rapid growth while maintaining an excellent level of customer service.
4. Managing client information flow.
5. Provide exceptional customer service to all who come in contact with our organization. All clients need to experience the WOW.

Opportunities for advancement will be available as our company grows. Initial hours are Monday through Friday from 3:30pm - 7:30pm and Saturdays from 9am - 1pm as needed.

Requirements:
* Represent LearningRx as a knowledgeable, effective and welcoming place for families and individuals to find solutions to their learning challenges. 
* Develop an atmosphere of caring and hospitality for our students and families. 
* Effectively convert phone calls and email contacts into scheduled appointments. 
* Ensure consistent application of systems to scheduling, supply management, and communications. 
* Working knowledge of Powerpoint, Excel, Word, and Google mail and calendar, as well as Social media such as Facebook and Twitter. 
* Work in partnership and communicate with all employees.
