Sale: Store Closing Update

It is with great sadness that we announce that the Red Bank Ten Thousand Villages will be closing. We have had many wonderful years in Red Bank and want thank you all for your support of our fair trade mission.

We will be open until March 22, 2014, so please come in and share stories and smiles with us.  The entire store is now on sale 50 %; it is located at 69 Broad Street, Red Bank.

Ten Thousand Villages stores in other locations and the web site will remain open.

Another useless store in Red Bank. A town so full of specialty NOTHING stores that come and go like the seasons. Maybe people will get smart and open up stores we want, like the old 5 & 10 types, hardware store, etc. Stores they USED to have that people actually cared about and wanted to shop at.

I loved this store Macus. It was successful for many years. However, many storefronts are empty around it - waiting for someone to open a store. Why don't you give it a try? And if the old stores were so successful, why did they close? I'd love to see Red Bank have more stores opening than closing!!

This company refuses to carry anything from Israel. I'm glad they are going out of business.
