Hypnotic Relaxation Techniques

This is a Group Hypnosis session designed specifically for Physical and Mental Relaxation. Here is your opportunity to experience Hypnosis in our group setting. Hypnosis works with the subconscious mind to change habits and clear your mind. You will find significant relief and release through Hypnosis.

If have forgotten how to relax, don’t worry, this is very common among adults who have busy lives and many responsibilities. Stress and tension take residence in your body and they don't want to leave. Over time, stress and tension can lead to increased anxiety and various states of dis-ease such as illness, insomnia, fear, indigestion, arthritis, stiffness, worry, nervousness, and other unpleasant conditions.

Hypnosis is a natural state of mind that you can learn to use to relieve the body, mind, and spirit--and release stress and tension. With practice, you go back into the natural state of balance.

INCLUDED IN THIS SESSION: Hypnotic audio program on CD that you can use for relaxation every day!

Admission: $25.00

Seating is limited!

There is no need to practice or prepare before our group session. Hypnosis works best when you stop trying! Just arrive with good intentions for yourself and the Greater Good, and expect that you will re-learn to relax deeply, comfortably, and productively.

Feel free to bring a pillow and a blanket if that will help you to be more comfortable!
