SUSAN G. KOMEN “REACH OUT FOR LIFE” INITIATIVE


Wednesdays, November 14 & 28 from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.


Stop by an information table to learn about the Susan G. Komen for the Cure “Reach Out for Life” initiative and see if you are eligible to receive a free breast screening mammogram. The program is open to females in Monmouth County age 40 or older who are uninsured or under-insured and meet income eligibility requirements. A representative will provide information and answer your questions about the program, offered through the Jacqueline M. Wilentz Comprehensive Breast Center at Monmouth Medical Center. This will be offered at Monmouth Medical Center’s ground floor lobby, located at 300 Second Ave. in Long Branch. For more information, call the Jacqueline M.
