If you've ever thought about starting a yoga practice but were intimidated by the thought of walking into a class for the first time, this workshop is for you.
OR if you currently practice yoga and want to delve deeper into the core poses to refine alignment, reduce injury and reinvigorate your practice...we are speaking your language.
We will review standing, seated and supine poses in-depth, with hands-on assists and attention to the details of YOUR body. We'll move through sun salutations, learn basic breath work (pranayama) and delve into the basics of meditation. We will laugh, you can ask questions...yoga is joyful, yoga is for everyone.
Build strength, confidence and improve flexibility and your sense of humor.
Sessions: 3/1 and 3/8. Come to one or both to keep building your practice.
$20 per session
