HOW TO QUIT SMOKING

Willpower is not enough. Managing stress, meditation and self-hypnosis are some of the effective ways to help you release your smoking habits. Join Carol Palmer, Certified Smoking Cessation Instructor, Monmouth Medical Center, to learn about these and other proven techniques.
