Let’s Celebrate the Spring Equinox

Thursday, March 20 from 7 – 8:30 p.m.
“Equinox” means “equal night” in Latin. But even if the name suggests it and it’s widely accepted, it isn’t entirely true that day and night are exactly the same on the equinox all over the world – only nearly. Join Barbara Restuccio, RN, HNBC, HTPA, a Monmouth Medical Center Program Instructor, for this free workshop where you will learn what an equinox is, how many there are and what this means to each of us cosmically. This program will take place at Thompson Park’s Visitor’s Center, Tulip Room, located on Newman Springs Road in Lincroft. Registration is required by calling 732-842-4000, ext. 1.  $18 per person.
