Join Michelle Schork, PharmD, GCP, Monmouth Medical Center, geriatric certified pharmacist, for a discussion on knowing and managing your medications in a effective and thoughtful way. This program, co-sponsored by SCAN (Social Community Activities Network), will take place at Boscov’s third floor auditorium, Monmouth Mall, located at Routes 35 & 36, Eatontown.
