Be Wise About Your Medications

Mary Mahoney, RN, Certified HealthEASE Instructor, Monmouth Medical Center will focus on medication management among those ages 50 and older. Learn the difference between generic and brand name drugs; recognize how aging body changes affect medications; discuss allergic reactions, side effects and adverse drug events and how to avoid common drug/drug or drug/food interactions. This program will be held at Thompson Park Visitor Center, Newman Springs Road in Lincroft. Registration is required by calling 732-842-4000 ext. 1. $20 per person
