It's Farmers' Market Time in Red Bank

The market, in the Galleria parking lot, opens on Sunday

It's that time of the year again. It's Red Bank Farmers' Market season.

And, starting Sunday morning, the Galleria parking lot will be flush with fresh farm and homemade goods to peruse and grab on the go.

Held from 9am to 2pm every Sunday from May through mid-November, the market characteristically features Jersey Fresh veggies, starting with spring crops, like arugula, artichokes, asparagus, beets and carrots.

And there are miles of many varieties of flowers and plants, too.

The market features organic vegetables, and home-jarred local honey, cheeses, sauces and jams as well as pastas, breads, pies and other treats, like Red Bank eatery specialties. And there are food trucks, featuring small hot meals as well.
