Red Bank-Shrewsbury Home Sales, December 1 - 15, 2012

Here's a list of the Red Bank and Shrewsbury homes that sold in the first half of December.

The real estate market usually becomes less active in December, January and February. Fewer homes are on the market and fewer buyers are actively looking. However, these months may represent an opportunity to sell or buy a home in specific situations.

Some of the Red Bank-Shrewsbury homes that closed (sold) in the first half of December had been listed for sale in October or even earlier. However, several of them were more recent listings, including one Red Bank home that was only on the market for 15 days.

Here are the homes and some of the details:

if the mayor of Shrewsbury cleaned up allof the garbage, restriped the roads, and fixed a few potholes, maybe we could get more for our homes.
