NJ Transit Lines Experiencing Delays

Delays on the North Jersey Coast Line and the Northeast Corridor are between 40 minutes and an hour.

Written by Patch Editor Anthony Bellano.

New Jersey Transit service has been restored along the Northeast and North Jersey Coast lines, but are experiencing delays of between 40 minutes and an hour, according to njtransit.com.

Additionally, system-wide cross-honoring remains in effect. PATH Trains at Hoboken, NWK and 33rd, and NJ Transit and private carriers will accept NJ Transit tickets and passes.

Wide spread flooding is taking place in the southern portion of the state as heavy rain progresses to the north. Earlier delays were a result of reports of downed power lines.
