Community Update

EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED W THE CUSTOMER SERVICE AT THIS BAKERY, I had ordered 2 cakes for my daughters 8 year old birthday totaling over $400 and I called to reschedule the date that I wanted to pick the cakes up due to a bad snowstorm that was scheduled to start and was forcing me to reschedule the party. I called more than 24 hours prior and I was told there is nothing we can do about the situation, either pick up your cakes or we will file a theft of services on you and they HUNG UP on me. They gave me no options what so ever and they were NASTY AND RUDE to a customer. I called back to ask them if they can help in any way telling them I had no intentions of not paying, I will come in and pay you in full, will you please freeze the cakes for me until next week because the party unfortunately had to be rescheduled and now I would have no cake for my daughter & guests and they said NO. so I was forced to pick up the cakes and they ruined my daughters party. They actually had the audacity to suggest I buy another cake from them. These people are the RUDEST and I'm not sure how they are still in business. Totally not customer savvy what so ever and very dis respectful.
