Area Man Arrested on Drug Possession, Hindering, Resisting Arrest Charges

A young area man has been arrested by Red Bank police on drug possession, eluding, resisting arrest charges.

Edwardo Robles, 25, of Keansburg, allegedly attempted to elude police and resist arrest in the area of Monmouth Street on Dec. 7, according to a police report. He was also allegedly found to be in possession of prescription legend drugs at the time of his arrest by Patrolman Michael Zadlock, the report said.

In a separate incident, with similar charges, Janelle Hendrex, 18, of Red Bank, was arrested on Dec. 6 in the area of S. Bridge Avenue and charged with hindering apprehension and possession of prescription legend drugs by Patrolman James DePonte.
