Borough Man Indicted for Sexual Assault
Authorities allege two counts of sexual assault on two separate occasions.
A Red Bank man was indicted on two counts of sexual assault stemming from two separate incidents by a Monmouth County Grand Jury, the Monmouth County Prosecutor’s Office announced Monday.
The Grand Jury found that Ivan Cruz-Hurtado, a resident of the 200 Block of Shrewsbury Avenue, committed sexual assault, namely penetration of a person identified only as S.O., by using physical force or coercion.
The first event is alleged to have occurred on March 15, the second on May 29, according to court documents. Both charges are second degree offenses.
