Disorderly Conduct Highlights KaBoom-Night Arrests in Red Bank

The following was reported by the Red Bank Police Department following Sunday's KaBoom Fireworks show:

The Red Bank Police Department took nineteen people into custody for various offenses during this years Kaboom fireworks event. Most of the offenses were for Disorderly Conduct and similar offenses and the majority of those arrested were young adults under 23 years of age. This year there were fewer incidents of criminal activity reported and no serious injuries occurred.

While the overall attendance was less than previous years due to the inclement weather, the crowds in the downtown area were similar to those experienced in recent years. NJ Transit had slightly less ridership this year than last year but as in the rest of town, fewer incidents of disruptive behavior were reported this year.

Most of those taken into custody were processed and released pending future court appearances in Red Bank Municipal Court.

Kevin Dingee, 19 years old, of Keansburg, was arrested for Simple Assault

Kevin Fitzgerald, 20 years old, of Ocean Twp., was arrested for Possession of Marijuana

Patrick O’Connell, 19 years old, of Middletown, was arrested for Disorderly Conduct

Ronald Leibner, 61 years old, of Colts Neck, was arrested for Disorderly Conduct

Thomas Canzanell, 18 years old, of Hazlet, was arrested for Disorderly Conduct

Stanley Byhan Jr., 19 years old, of Neptune, was arrested for Disorderly Conduct

Kyle O’Gorman, 21 years old, of Holmdel, was arrested for Disorderly Conduct

Sean O’Gorman, 19 years old, of Holmdel, was arrested for Disorderly Conduct

Shakir Richardson, 18 years old, of Neptune, was arrested for Disorderly Conduct

Tessa Gardella, 19 years old, of Asbury Park, was arrested for DWI

James Nakkash, 23 years old, of Park Ridge, was arrested for Disorderly Conduct

Gary Brady, 19 years old, of Hazlet, was arrested for Disorderly Conduct and Resisting Arrest

Daniel Filippone, 20 years old, of Union Beach, was arrested for Disorderly Conduct

Ian Reilly, 37 years old, of Lakewood, was arrested for Disorderly Conduct and Resisting Arrest

Richard Agudelo, 20 years old, of Long Branch, was arrested for Aggravated Assault on a Police Officer, Resisting Arrest, Underage Possession of Alcohol, and Possession of Marijuana.

A sixteen year old male from Long Branch was charged with Disorderly Conduct and Resisting Arrest

A fifteen year old female from Long Branch was charged wit Disorderly Conduct

A fifteen year old female from Red Bank was charged with Disorderly Conduct

A twelve year old female from Red Bank was charged with Disorderly Conduct

A seventeen year old male from Ocean Twp, was charged with Underage Consumption of Alcohol
