ICE Indicted for Allegedly Selling Snow to Undercover Cop

A Tinton Falls man was indicted on several charges stemming from drug arrests in Red Bank.

A Tinton Falls man was indicted by a Monmouth County Grand Jury on seven counts stemming from separate incidences in Red Bank in which authorities allege the suspect twice sold cocaine to an undercover officer.

Andrew “ICE” Baskerville was indicted on charges stemming from drug offenses alleged to have taken place in February, March, and May of this year. On the first occasion, Feb. 24, the 45-year-old Baskerville sold cocaine to an undercover detective from the Monmouth County Prosecutor’s Office, the Grand Jury found. Exactly one month later, Baskerville again sold cocaine to an undercover officer, the Grand Jury found Monday.

On May 12, police said Baskerville was found in possession of cocaine in Keansburg.

Baskerville was indicted on three counts of possession of a controlled and dangerous substance, two counts of possession of a controlled and dangerous substance with intent to distribute, and two counts of distribution of a controlled and dangerous substance.

All seven counts are third degree crimes.
