Man Charged With Red Bank Attempted Burglary on Christmas Day
Bayville resident to answer charges this morning
A Bayville man will make his first appearance in court today to answer charges alleging he tried to break in to a Red Bank residence on Christmas.
Jose L. Pajaro-Panomaya, 20, faces charges of attempted burglary and criminal mischief. He is being held in the Monmouth County Correctional Institution on $20,000 bail, no 10 percent option.
Police said Pajaro-Panomaya broke the front-door window of a Leighton Avenue residence just before 3 a.m. Christmas day, according to Superior Court records, in an attempt to gain access to the home. He caused more than $2,000 in damage, police said.

Pajaro-Panomaya was identified as the perpetrator by the victim of the crime, police said.
He will answer the charges at 8:30 a.m. today.
