Man Charged with Stealing Televisions from Nursing Home

The following information was obtained directly from Red Bank police and Monmouth County court records. It does not indicate a conviction.

An area man has been arrested by Red Bank police on charges that he allegedly stole televisions from a nursing home.

On April 7 at 7:12 p.m., Christpher C. Jones, 24, of 425 Broadway, Long Branch, was allegedly identified as the person who took two large televisions, valued at about $500, out of the Chapin Hill Nursing Home, the complaint warrant, signed by Red Bank Police Capt. Darren McConnell, said.

Jones was charged with theft of moveable property.

His bail was set at $20,000 and his first appearance in court was scheduled for 8:30 a.m. on April 11.
