Neighbor Identifies Possible Bank Street Murder Victim

A Bank Street resident and friend says stabbing followed a confrontation between two men.

Larry "Froggy" Yarbrough was killed following a confrontation with another man at a Bank Street home, a close friend and neighbor is reporting.

Multiple sources have said one of the victims is dead, though police have yet to release a confirmation.

Toni Brown, a Bank Street resident, said she's heard from family that Yarbrough, whose address was not immediately available, was killed after being stabbed Sunday morning. "Froggy," as Yarbrough was commonly referred to, may have also gone by Nate, neighbors said.

Several Yarbrough's have listed addresses in Red Bank, including a Katherleen Yarbrough who lives on Bank Street. Calls to the Bank Street Yarbrough residence were not answered Sunday morning.

Monmouth County Assistant Prosecutor Rick Icremona would not immediately confirm that someone had died following the Sunday stabbing saying only that two people were stabbed. More information will likely be released this afternoon.
