Police Make Arrest on Cocaine Possession, Resisting, Hindering Charges

Arrests were made from Oct. 3 to 7.

Red Bank police made the following arrests from Oct. 3 to 7:

• Justin Cote, 32, of Hazlet, was arrested on Oct. 7 in the area of Maple Avenue and charged with disorderly conduct by Patrolman Thomas Doremus.

• Jeffrey Summey, 50, of Red Bank, was arrested on Oct. 6 in the area of Monmouth Street and charged with possession of a CDS, cocaine, resisting arrest and hindering apprehension by Patrolman James DePonte.

• James Stevens, 49, of W. Long Branch, was arrested on Oct. 5 in the area of Shrewsbury Avenue and charged with possession of drug paraphernalia by Patrolman James DePonte.

• Edward Livingston, 48, of Red Bank, was arrested on Oct. 5 in the area of Montgomery Terrace and charged with simple assault by Patrolman Heather Pubylski.
