Police: Man Brandished Knife in Robbery Attempt
Luis Fuentes-Morales faces robbery and possession charges.

A Red Bank man has been arrested and jailed for his allegedly robbing a man at knifepoint on Tuesday night.
Luis Fuentes-Morales, 21, was arrested by Red Bank police and charged with attempted robbery, unlawful possession of a weapon, and possession of a weapon for an unlawful purpose after he allegedly demanded money from someone on Monmouth Street near Bridge Avenue at 9:23 p.m., Red Bank Police Capt. Darren McConnell reported.
According to police, the victim reported that after he refused to give Fuentes-Morales money with the first demand, he demanded it again brandishing a knife the second time.
He was located by officers Heather Pubylski and Jonhathan Quispe and arrested. The knife was found on rooftop nearby.
Fuentes-Morales was held at Monmouth County Correctional Institution on $115,000 bail.
