Red Bank Man Arrested for Burglary, Violating Restraining Order

A Red Bank man violated a temporary restraining order by smashing the window of his victim's home over the weekend and entering the building without permission, borough police claim in court documents.
Eduardo Luna-Martinez, 34, of the 100 block of Shrewsbury Avenue, broke a glass window of a Leighton Avenue home and entered it just after 5 a.m. Sunday morning, police said. Luna-Martinez was charged with criminal mischief for breaking the window and burglary for entering a property he knew he was not allowed to enter.
Luna-Martinez was also charged with contempt of court for violating a temporary restraining order.

No injuries were reported. Details about the restraining order were not immediately clear.
After appearing in court Wednesday, Luna-Martinez was ordered held at Monmouth County Correctional Institution on $53,500 cash bail.
